RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Velvet by Desi LLC, every piece is handcrafted with care and produced in limited quantities.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• The hygienic liner must remain attached and intact.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items showing signs of wear, makeup, sunscreen, perfume, deodorant, tanning products, pet hair, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved solely at Velvet by Desi's discretion and subject to inventory availability.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Swimwear that has been worn or tried on without undergarments.
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Limited edition releases marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
