Because every Velvet by Desi LLC piece is handcrafted, processing times may vary.

Estimated processing time:
3–10 business days

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Velvet by Desi is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs inspections
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Events outside our reasonable control

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier when applicable.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
